I am from NYC-born and bred. From the age of 3, I always knew I wanted to cut hair. I began working in top NYC salons at the age of 19. In 1999 I started my career at the prestigious Frederic Fekkai, where I worked for 8 years. During that time I cut and styled hair for New York City's elite. I have worked on national television shows and magazines. For 8 years I styled hair for New York Fashion Week at shows such as Chanel, Halston, Diane von Furstenberg, Nicole Miller and John Varvatos.
Cutting hair has allowed me to travel the world and most importantly, provided me the opportunity to meet my husband. While in St. Croix cutting hair for a client, I met a gentleman that was stationed in the Coast Guard. We married in 2007 and the rest is history. We moved to Jacksonville to run his family business and I opened Studio 6.
Cutting hair is my passion and I can't imagine doing anything else.
I specialize in cutting hair. It has been great to me (check out below) and provides me endless opportunities to showcase my talent. Though only comprised of one person, Studio 6 offers a comfortable and welcoming space, that allows each client a unique, personal experience. One of my professional highlights was being featured in the two-time New York Best Seller, How Not to Look Old.
